Where we ship

The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver there. Within Australia, remote postcodes take a few days longer than the cities — the rate you see at checkout already accounts for where you are.

How long it takes

Your order is picked up by our fulfilment partner on the next working day. Delivery then takes 5–9 working days from dispatch, depending on your country and local customs.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not arrived within 14 working days, email us and we chase it for you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order of 2 bags or more. For single-bag orders the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay — it depends on your delivery country.

Currency and duties

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it. Depending on where you live, your order may be subject to import duties or local taxes collected by your carrier or customs authority. These are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email help@maisonaveya.com straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we refund the order value once it reaches the warehouse. The original shipping cost is not refunded, since the journey was already made.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your bag arrives damaged, or the tracking stops moving for more than seven days, email us. We send a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer. There is nothing to send back.

Two addresses, one order

An order travels to a single address. If you are sending bags to two different people, place them as two orders so both parcels stay properly tracked.
